These terms govern your use of Confr (the “Service”), operated by Future SR. By signing in to Confr with a Microsoft 365 account, your tenant accepts these terms.

The Service

Confr is an AI-led process-discovery + root-cause-investigation system that interviews knowledge holders in Microsoft Teams + produces structured reports for your tenant.

Eligibility + accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation. Each Confr workspace is tied to one Microsoft 365 tenant. Sign-in is gated by your tenant's Entra OAuth.

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use Confr to:

• Investigate individuals in a way prohibited by employment or privacy law.
• Solicit prohibited content (illegal acts, harassment, weapons, CSAM, etc.).
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-limit-abuse the Service.
• Use the Service to train competing AI systems.

Confr's refusal classifier blocks investigations that match documented patterns; the list is visible at /admin/refusals for tenant admins.

Tenant content + ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to Confr (interview transcripts, attachments, reports). Confr gets a limited licence to process that data solely to operate the Service for you.

Fees

Pricing terms are set out separately in your Order Form or the in-product /billing page. Tier limits are enforced server-side; budget caps are per-investigation and per-tenant.

Service availability

Confr is provided “as is” with no uptime SLA in the free tier. Paid tiers may include explicit SLAs as set out in your Order Form.

Warranty disclaimer

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUTURE SR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE) INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Future SR's aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Service for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. You may stop using Confr at any time by uninstalling the Teams app + revoking admin consent in Microsoft Entra. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms or for misuse threatening the Service's integrity.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany, unless a different forum is required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

Changes

When these terms change materially, we update the “Last updated” date and notify tenant admins via email + an in-product banner. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
